With this solicitation (PDF, 42 pages), NIJ will fund rigorous, independent evaluation projects under the OJP Community-Based Violence Intervention and Prevention Initiative (CVIPI). The CVIPI provides resources to support evidence-informed violence intervention and prevention programs in communities across the country. This solicitation includes two funding categories:
- Evaluation research of programmatic sites funded under the OJP FY23 and FY24 CVIPI solicitations.
- Evaluation research of other community-violence programs.
