Share with Youth: NIH Research Study: Depression in Teenagers

This study seeks to understand the causes of depression in teenagers. Teenagers, ages 12-17, who meet the criteria for major depressive disorder and are in treatment with a physician are being recruited to participate. Participation includes an initial one-day evaluation and then annual observation visits and/or four- to 15-week inpatient treatment. Evaluations, research, and visits are free of cost, and participants will be compensated. Learn more.
