2023 Coordinated Tribal Assistance Solicitation (CTAS) (Funding Opportunity)

This solicitation provides federally recognized Tribes and Tribal consortia an opportunity for funding to help develop a comprehensive and coordinated approach to public safety and victimization. CTAS is not a program but a single solicitation to allow Tribes to apply to seven separate grant programs from four grant-making offices. Each Tribe or Tribal consortium may submit only one CTAS application.
Eligible applicants are encouraged to include proposals for project funding under one or more of the following purpose areas (PAs) in their submission:

Purpose Area 1: Public Safety and Community Policing [Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS Office)]

Purpose Area 2: Comprehensive Tribal Justice Systems Strategic Planning [Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), COPS Office, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), Office for Victims of Crime (OVC)]

Purpose Area 9: Tribal Youth Program (OJJDP)
