2024–2025 Continuum of Care Competition and Renewal or Replacement of Youth Homeless Demonstration Program Grants (Funding Opportunity)

This program promotes a community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness. The program provides funding for efforts to quickly re-house homeless individuals, families, persons fleeing domestic violence, and youth while minimizing the trauma and dislocation caused by homelessness. The program also provides funding to promote access to and effective utilization of mainstream programs for people experiencing homelessness; and to optimize self-sufficiency among those experiencing homelessness. Learn more and apply.
