This literature review (PDF, 13 pages) provides an overview of child labor trafficking, including estimates of rates of trafficking, characteristics of survivors, anti-trafficking legislation, theoretical perspectives, and outcome evidence on prevention, prosecution, and treatment approaches. Released as part of OJJDP’s Model Programs Guide, this review can help policymakers and social service agencies as they respond to child labor trafficking issues and the needs of survivors.
