The FatherWorks intervention was evaluated using a randomized controlled trial (RCT) involving young fathers recruited through community events and organizations in greater New Hartford, Connecticut. Participants were randomly assigned to either a treatment group that received the FatherWorks intervention or a control group that received the program 24/7 Dads. This study received a low study quality rating because it is a high-attrition RCT that does not adjust estimated impacts for potentially important differences between the treatment and control groups.
