This resource (PDF, 45 pages) helps state health departments (SHDs) and other stakeholders in bullying prevention assess their current capacity and determine where gaps and needs may exist.
- Bullying Prevention Capacity Assessment: Created to help SHDs or other stakeholders evaluate bullying prevention efforts and to guide the implementation of bullying prevention programs.
- Bullying Prevention Change Packet: Developed to provide evidence-informed or evidence-based bullying prevention strategies.

This report to Congress responds to recommendations for HHS contained in the March 2016 final report of the Commission to Eliminate Child Abuse and Neglect Fatalities. It identifies areas in which the vision of HHS specifically overlaps with the Commission's recommendations and responds briefly to each of the individual recommendations that affect HHS.
Prevalence and Implementation Fidelity of Research-Based Prevention Programs in Public Schools
This report from the Study of the Implementation of Research-Based Programs to Prevent Youth Substance Abuse and School Crime offers the following information which can be applied to gang prevention efforts: collecting background information on substance abuse and school crime, identifying research-based programs and practices, using data collection instruments, developing implementation fidelity measures, and collecting, processing, and analyzing data.
