It provides in-depth outline of the 6 six steps in program evaluation (engaging stakeholders, describing the program, focusing the evaluation design, gathering credible evidence, justifying conclusions, and ensuring use and sharing lessons learned), as well as 4 standards for effective evaluation (utility, feasibility, propriety, and accuracy).

Project Launch

Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive Grants
The Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive Grant (SPF SIG) program is one of SAMHSA's infrastructure grant programs. SAMHSA's infrastructure grants support an array of activities to help grantees build a solid foundation for delivering and sustaining effective substance abuse and/or mental health services.
